  1. Soya Cutlets


  • Soya chunks 250g

You need to immerse it in warm water for about 5 minutes, make sure you drain the water, cool it down and mash it.

  • Mashed boiled potatoes              200g
  • Finely chopped spinach              ½ cup
  • Finely chopped coriander            1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies                3
  • Ginger garlic paste                     ½ tsp

So, what I told you is the precautions which I write above and Benadryl for hives if it causes a serious problem. Because you can take Benadryl for hive only if the problem is serious.
